This cottage will appeal to anyone who fancies staying on a farm, yet who likes to be close to the action.
The cottage is ideal for visiting Bronte Country, the Dales and Herriot Country yet you can also have a cruise on the Leeds/Liverpool canal, visit Saltaire, now famous for it's David Hockney collection in Salts Mill and other art galleries, shops, visit the cities of Leeds & Bradford or pop to the market towns of Bingley or Skipton. Ilkley Moor is on the doorstep, as is our local moor, Baildon Moor, 800 acres of open common with plenty walks
We have facilities to allow you to bring your own horse if you want to have a change of riding scenery. For equestrian enthusiasts who prefer to leave their horse at home you can take guided rides with a local horsewoman who will tailor the ride to suit your level of ability and stamina!
If you wish to have a lesson in sheep dog training or an accompanied hack, this can also be arranged locally.
